We also prepare powers of attorney and advance directives for health care as part of a comprehensive estate plan.

Asset Protection Planning: As part of our estate and business planning, we work with clients on structuring their personal and business affairs to best avoid future creditor issues.

Estate and Trust Administration: We assist in all aspects of estate and trust administration including the preparation of probate documents and documents necessary to transfer assets.

Business Formation: We work with individuals and families to form limited liability companies and corporations for their small and/or family owned business.

Business Succession Planning: We work with individuals and families to ensure that the necessary documents are in place to transfer their business in accordance with their wishes.

Residential and Commercial Real Estate Transactions: We handle all aspects of residential and commercial real estate transactions including preparation of all necessary documentation.

Real Estate Development: We work with clients, engineers, surveyors and local government to prepare and implement the documents necessary to develop residential and commercial real property.
